Collaroy Residential Strata Façade Remediation & Pergola Works

K2RA was engaged to complete a targeted remedial package for a residential strata building, including elevated metal pergola removal, rust treatment, façade painting and protection works to improve safety, durability and exterior presentation.

Pymble Sandstone Feature Tower Assessment & Repair

Following the sudden fall of a sandstone paver from a feature wall, K2RA was engaged to urgently assess and repair multiple pavers across sandstone feature towers throughout a busy residential complex.

Sutherland Multi-Scope Waterproofing, Painting & Remedial Works

K2RA has supported this five-storey residential strata building with a series of remedial works, including lift shaft waterproofing, high wall painting, strip drain installation and targeted wall remediation.
