The Challenge

The building required targeted work to its lift shaft, high wall and roof drainage. A potential wind-driven rain entry point also needed to be identified and rectified.

Scope of Works

  • Waterproofing and painting of the lift shaft cap and upper section.
  • Identification and rectification of a potential wind-driven rain entry point.
  • High-wall painting and waterproofing using rope access.
  • Installation of waterproofed strip drains below tile beds.
  • Targeted wall remediation.

Access & Delivery

Rope access was used for painting and waterproofing the high wall. The broader package combined high-access work with lift shaft protection and roof drainage tasks for the residential strata building.
