Project / Sutherland, NSW
A series of targeted waterproofing, painting and drainage works for a residential strata building in Sutherland, including high-wall work delivered by rope access.

The building required targeted work to its lift shaft, high wall and roof drainage. A potential wind-driven rain entry point also needed to be identified and rectified.
Rope access was used for painting and waterproofing the high wall. The broader package combined high-access work with lift shaft protection and roof drainage tasks for the residential strata building.
