The Challenge

The building required work to elevated metal pergolas and the northeast façade. The scope brought together removal, protection and painting tasks in areas requiring high access.

Scope of Works

  • Removal of elevated metal pergolas, cut into smaller sections for safe disposal.
  • Rust treatment and protection of top-floor pergolas.
  • Securing brackets for privacy screens.
  • Remediation and painting of the northeast building façade.

Access & Delivery

Rope access supported the high-level façade works. Elevated pergolas were cut into smaller sections for removal and disposal, with the work organised around the residential strata setting.
